What we do
Maintenance plumbing, done once
Domestic and small commercial work across the northern Central Coast. If it carries water, gas or waste, it is on the list.
Hot water
Electric storage, gas continuous flow and heat pump. Repairs where a repair makes sense, replacement the same day where it doesn't.
Blocked drains
Sewer and stormwater blockages cleared, then traced back to why it blocked so you aren't ringing about the same drain next winter.
Drainage works
Box drains, channel drains, stormwater pits and new pipe runs. Dug, laid, backfilled and finished into concrete properly.
Water leaks
Leak detection and repair on copper, poly and PVC. Under slabs, in walls, in the yard, wherever the meter says it's going.
Taps and toilets
Dripping taps, running cisterns, failed mixers and seals. Small jobs done properly rather than left for a bigger callout later.
Emergency work
Burst pipes, no hot water, sewage in the yard. The phone is on at 2am the same as it is at 2pm.
Renovations
Bathroom and kitchen rough in and fit off. Vanities, basins, mixers and waste, set out so the finished cabinet looks tidy inside as well as out.

Trench fabric wrapped properly so an absorption line doesn't silt up in two winters. Gas lines clipped and run square along a wall instead of sagging across a patio. It costs the same day's labour either way, so it may as well be done right.

Gary at Silverback Plumbing knew we couldn't be without hotwater at this time of year. When I called, he promptly went to review the issue and was able to replace our system the same day. The price of the unit was very fair. Great service, communication and price.

I rang Gary and his team to see if they could come and help unblock an over flowing sewage outlet in my back yard. I sent him 1 photo so he had a heads up about the issue. He gave me an earlier time than I was first told and then showed up earlier still so he could help the issue. I was so relieved and happy with his professionalism, explanation and work ethic. Although there is more work that is needed to be done and it isn't a small job, he made it so that my family and my animals have a cleaner safer yard and home.
